Kimhye Iversen

Kimhye, originally from South Korea and adopted to Norway at four, grew up in a creative and spiritual environment.

Influenced by her parents' artistic and spiritual pursuits, including her mother's shift to alternative medicine and ayurveda, she embraced meditation and Buddhism from a young age. Kimhye has dedicated much of her life to studying Vajrayana Buddhism and methods for transforming emotional and psychological obstacles into freedom.

Lucas Casanova

Lucas Casanova is an experienced yoga instructor with a rich background in teaching various yoga styles and mindfulness practices.

Having taught hundreds of students globally as both a main and guest teacher, Lucas began his yoga journey to manage stress and anxiety, actively sharing his insights and inspirations on social media. Originating from Buenos Aires, he has traveled extensively to deepen his understanding of yoga and Buddhist philosophy. Lucas specializes in Mindful Yin, Restorative, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, and Meditation, bringing over 3,500 hours of teaching experience to his students.

Chloë Nemier

Chloë Nemier, hailing from Vancouver, Canada, is a versatile instructor with expertise in dance, fitness, pilates, and Hatha/Yin yoga.

She is passionate about body awareness and movement, constantly seeking further knowledge and experience in anatomy. Chloë is dedicated to assisting individuals in achieving their personal goals, providing support and advice on exercises and techniques. She believes in blending focus and form with fun, aiming to change the perception that anatomy is dull.

Liv Lillehei

Liv, from Washington, D.C., has a rich background as a classically trained dancer since the age of 5, with extensive training across prestigious institutions.

Certified in pilates, stretching, and Hatha/Yin 200h, Liv incorporates her love for singing and dance into her teaching, making her classes playful and engaging. She values technique and muscle awareness, emphasizing the importance of fun in her approach to yoga and pilates.
